Course Description Be introduced to chair massage and the meridians. Learn shiatsu techniques including posture and leverage.

Learn a detailed 10/20 minute chair massage routine using hands, thumbs and forearms to apply pressure and perform stretches. Understand where the most effective pressure points are, what they do and what their contraindications are. Who can attend?
